Competition Entries

Due to the nature of our services (digital entries for competitions), all entry fees are non-refundable once an entry has been submitted, except in the following circumstances:

  • The competition is cancelled by us.
  • You have been charged in error.
  • There is a technical fault on our platform that affects your ability to participate and you notify us promptly.

In such cases, please contact us at info@pokeprize.co.uk within 14 days of the issue.

Cancellation of Entries

Once a competition entry is submitted and payment is confirmed, you cannot cancel or amend your entry. This is because competitions may be live or in progress, and entries are processed immediately. Any participants under the age of 18 may not be refunded and your competition entry will be void due to the gambling act 2005.

Digital Products or Downloads (if applicable)

If your entry includes access to digital content (e.g., eBooks, downloadable tickets), please note that these items are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed, as per the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Faulty or Unavailable Services

If you experience a technical issue (e.g., being unable to access a competition after payment), please contact us immediately. We may offer a refund or alternative solution depending on the circumstances and the nature of the fault.

Chargebacks and Disputes

If a chargeback is initiated without contacting us first, we reserve the right to ban your account and disqualify your entry from current or future competitions.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund under the permitted circumstances above, please contact us at info@pokeprize.co.uk with:

  • Your full name
  • Email address used to enter
  • Transaction ID or payment confirmation
  • Details of your request

We will review and respond to all requests within 5 business days.

Important Notice

This policy complies with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 where applicable. However, some consumer protections do not apply to digital competitions due to their immediate service delivery nature.
