Redemption
- If you have won an auto-win. We will make contact with you on your phone number to confirm your win and details.
- If you have won via a live draw, you will be called whilst we draw results! We will then make further contact at the end of the stream!

Prizes are dispatched Monday – Friday. Any prizes won on Friday after 6pm will be processed and dispatched the next working day.
